Reception and spa staff were excellent. Reception were a mine of information about local services. Great facilities in the spa. |

Family-oriented, plus not crowded. Relaxing atmosphere. Room had no phone, and never gave me one after I asked. Never got enough towels for all room occupants. Beach was dirty. |

pool area very good however service re towels and jacuzzi beds inconsistant, proximity to beach good, food good the plummimg is very bad. often low or no water pressure, the bathroom leaks here 6 days and have moved room 4 times and need to move again to day |

Excellent value for money, even though there is nothing around that place. If you want to get away from everything this is the way. Hoter facilities are on a avarage level, however I understand that a lot of work is happening right now. |

The web-site didn't indicate that the hotel was one big building-site! The hotel management was very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite. Nevertheless, we checked out the next day since the place was clearly not ready to receive guests. No phone in the rooms, no water pressure, no menu in English etc. When finished, the hotel has great potential but to us it was disappointing. |

Bra hotellstandard og god beliggenhet nær fin sandstrand Hotellets beliggenhet i forhold til Sozopol er misvisende beskrevet på nettsidene (ligger i virkeligheten 3 km i kjøre-/gangavstand fra Sozopol). Hotellets balkonger er lite private og bør utformes med bedre skille mot noborommet. Det er grei gåvstand til Sozopol, men gang- og sykkelvei fra hotellet til byen ville vært en stor fordel. |

Das Kinderbecken war sehr schön, auch der Pool. Eigentlich hat alles gepasst.Manchmal gab es kein Wasser, oder keinen Strom, das wurde aber schnell behoben. Die Mitarbeiter sparchen kaum,oder nur wenig Englisch. Aber es war wirklich o.k. für Bulgarien. Der Strand war super. |

la decoration et le stye de l'hotel. la piscine tres agreable. la proximite de la plage. l'hotel est encore en travaux, d'ou des nuisances sonores. la climatisation n'a jamais fonctionne dans notre chambre, bien que le technicien soit venu "reparer" deux fois (il faisait 27/28 degres la nuit). |

Olisimme haluneet enemmän kuunella paikallista musiikkia hotellin alueella. Nykyinen "rumputus" ei ollut mieleemme, mutta pyynnöstä se vaihdettiin rauhallisempaan, ei kyllä paikalliseen. Kiitos siitäkin. |

It is still trying to be a four star resort - and it is almost there, but there are still some details that they need to work on. The staff don't speak english, the spa wasn't working, there was a really bad smell at our room sometimes etc.. |
