Ermis hotel is newly designed and built in 1995 renewed in 2003. It is family owned and operated offering ideal relaxing holidays and excellent accommodation. Located on the sandy beach of Platanias, 10 kilometers from the center of Chania town . It is the ideal place for unforgettable holidays, as you can sunbathe all day long on the Hotel’s sun beds, or enjoy the magnificent sunset from your balcony, only a few meters away.

The Ermis Suites are located on the sandy beach of Platanias, 10 km from Chania, 14 km from the port of Souda and 22 km from Chania Airport. It is very central located 500 metres from Platanias centre and right in the centre of everything. As a holiday base it has everything you could possible need.

2 villas (3 – 5 person ) 75 square meters each with 2 bedrooms.
6 apartments (2 – 5 person) 50 square meters each with 2 bedrooms.
6 studios ( 2 – 3 person.) 35 square meters

Facilities of Ermis hotel : exchange , safe, snack bar, change of linen 3/week, balcony/terrace, sea view, kitchenette, umbrellas and sun beds on the beach .

Area information

Platanias is a beautiful holiday resort where you can find a lot of quality hotels, great swimming facilities, pleasant bars or clubs and above all the most attractive 4 kilometers long sandy beach. Across Platanias there is a small isle that is a protected area and where the famous wild ibexes “kri-kri’’ live on . After spending your time on the beach you alleys of the old village up on the hill. There you can taste the wonderful Cretan cuisine and our strong traditional drink ‘raki’ or ‘tsikoudia’ while enjoying a breathtaking view. Platanias is also known in the region of Chania because of the excellent night life it offers . Here you will discover the best bars and night clubs of Chania and have a wonderful time until dawn. Platanias is really a blessed place where you will discover the true Greek hospitality and have the time of your life.

Very confortable and functional, yet simple furniture with positive effect on back pain and whole relaxation during night time in a hot climate. Rooms are spacious in comparison with average hotels of such level and have all necessary for budget travelers. TV sets are with a good enough picture.

No negatives are about hotel but it is difficult to overcome rocky stones on the slope into the water. It is a common problem for this place.

Bra beliggenhet. Lite støy.

Dårlig dusj-system. mangler forheng, alt ble vått. Savner en god stol å sitte i.

Stora och rymliga 2-rumslgh. Ett plus för den stora fina terassen och att man kunde använda grannhotellets pool. Bra läge, lugnt och skönt.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, nær stranden og veldig hyggelig personale. Et stille og rolig hotell, og leiligheten var godt vedlikehold.

Kunne kanskje vært noen flere kroker el til å henge opp klær/håndklær på.

Camere molto pulite, staff cordiale. Vicinanza al mare (spiaggia piacevole, ottima per bimbi). Posizione geografica comoda per spostamenti in auto. Vicini market e trattoria accanto (sulla spiaggia) è ottima.

appartamenti sono su 2 piani, di cui solo la stanza da letto con aria condiz. scala pericolosa per bimbi, la nostra aveva il radiatore del condizionatore rumoroso, inusabile di notte.

Lungt och bra läge nära stranden. Mycket trevlig personal som var hjälpsam. Tror inte att jag någon gång i Grekland vid mina 20 talet besök bott i en lägenhet som varje dag var så välstädad att man kände att man nog inte borde gå in med skorna. Även ytterområdet runt hotellet var mycket välskötta. Jätteskönt att det fanns solbäddar på gräsmattan som ett alternativ till att ligga nere i sanden.

Nous avons adoré la proximité de la mer. Nous avons aimé aussi les nombreux restaurants et bars dans les environs. Nous avons apprécié aussi la port de la ville de Chania à 20 minutes de voiture.

det var sentralt både når det gjelder shopping og stranden, men lå ikke helt oppå bilveien, noe som skjermet oss for støy.vi var 3 voksene, som dro for en avslappende ferie og mormor på 72 år syntes også at allt var meget bra. så dette kan vi absolutt anbefale!
